Background and Education
Charlene holds a deep commitment to our Tribe. She is currently enrolled in her first year of a Master’s degree in Business Administration, applying her academic knowledge to advance the tribe's interests.
Her understanding of diverse communities comes from a childhood spent in varied environments, which informs her leadership style and her ability to foster community resilience and unity.
Charlene is known for her proactive approach. She often engages directly with tribal members, listening to their issues and transforming them into actionable strategies. Her focus is on unifying the tribe to enhance its sovereignty and ensuring that all voices within the community are heard.

She is optimistic about the future of the LDF Tribe. Charlene believes in a community where every member’s voice matters, our sovereignty is solid, and our constitution meets our changing needs. Her leadership aims to build a strong, unified future.
